Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are generally valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

Black Friday vouchers which are available between (27th November until 2nd December)  cannot be used over the festive period 23rd Dec - 1st Jan and are only valid until 31st March
